Though traditionally property still tends to be 70% of an average Indian family’s total asset base, due to India’s lack of registrations, license enforcement for agents and realtors, this sector is still very painful for most Indian service professionals to deal with.

Vikram comes a family of real estate investors and has been investing or working with real estate developers for past 2 decades. After doing his B Tech from IIT Delhi, he worked in professional services across Software and Solar Energy Industries (where he was in charge of acquiring over 500 acres to setup Solar plants and signing Solar Power purchase agreements with corporates such as Accenture, Microsoft etc).
During a casual discussion with a Startup founder who exited his company with over $10 million and a close friend who was a working in Wipro as Software Engineer for 6 years, who both said real estate purchase as one of their worst decisions in terms of both returns and difficulty of choosing. Through further research and anonymous surveys, he realised the massive gap in information and standards of service provided by the existing websites and service providers.
